1. Een dynamisch predictiemodel geeft de mogelijkheid tot het herberekenen van de kans op spontane zwangerschap na een periode van afwachtend beleid en geeft daarmee een meer geïndividualiseerde voorspelling ten opzichte van de conventionele modellen. (dit proefschrift) 2. Gerandomiseerde klinische trials naar behandelingen in de voortplantingsgeneeskunde
moeten paren meerdere cycli vervolgen, omdat zwanger worden nu eenmaal een aantal cycli kan duren. (dit proefschrift)
3. Intra-uteriene inseminatie (IUI) zou bij paren met een slechte prognose voor spontane conceptie alleen nog plaats moeten vinden in het kader van een gerandomiseerde trial. (dit

4. De diagnose cervixfactor, en daarmee de postcoïtumtest, blijkt op de lange termijn geen relevantie te hebben voor de te kiezen behandeling. PCT, weg ermee! (dit proefschrift) 5. Een hoge uptake van single embryo transfer leidt niet automatisch tot een lager aantal
