1. Het is aannemelijk dat de inductie van transcriptiefactor Atf3 door NGF een  belangrijke rol speelt in neuronale differentiatie. (Dit proefschrift) 

2. Dynamische genexpressie‐veranderingen spelen een cruciale rol bij neuronale  differentiatie. (Dit proefschrift) 

3. DCLK‐short is een fosfo‐eiwit dat een rol speelt in de uitgroei van neurieten. (Dit  proefschrift) 

4. In Ns‐1 PC12 cellen is hetzelfde specifieke promoterelement verantwoordelijk voor  de basale als de stimulus‐geїnduceerde DCLK‐short expressie. (Dit proefschrift)  5. Zonder de PC12 cel was het moleculaire begrip van differentiatie van neuronen in
