Curriculum Vitae

Qi Xu was born in 1990 in Shandong Province, China. He obtained a bachelor’s degree in law from the Shandong University of Technology School of Law in 2012. Before studying at the University of Groningen, he acquired a master’s degree in Public International Law from the Wuhan University Institute of International Law in 2015. His research interests include the law of the sea, public international law, international relations, and the South China Sea. He has published some articles in some international journals, including the Chinese Journal of International Law and Ocean Development
