Die NG kerk in Parow moet fokus op die transformasie van die geestelike leiers se teologiese paradigmas en hul persoonlike verbintenis aan missio Dei.

135 Geestelike leiers met ʼn nuwe teologiese paradigma moet die vaardighede van dia- loog, luister en die beweeg na dieper vlakke van kommunikasie aanleer, aangesien dit ʼn basiese vaardigheid is wat geestelike leiers nodig het om geloofsgemeen- skappe op die pad van geloofsonderskeiding en transformasie te begelei.

Die heel grootste uitdaging vir geestelike leiers en geloofsgemeenskappe is om op- nuut of vir die eerste keer die teenwoordigheid van Jesus Christus te leer ontdek en uit daardie bewussyn begin leef. Hoe word mens bewus van Christus se teen-

woordigheid? As ons dit begryp en telkens bewustelik met beide geloofsdissiplines

(stilword) en gehoorsaamheid (doen), bewustelik in Sy teenwoordigheid kan inbe- weeg, sal transformasie volg.

Hieroor sal baie diep nagedink moet word omdat geestelike leiers se opleiding (ook hul voortgesette opleiding) en funksionering plaasvind binne ʼn Christendom para- digma en diep gebed is in ʼn rasionele Westerse sisteemstorie waaruit ons onkrities leef en funksioneer.

Die genade is, God is self aan die werk in Sy wêreld, Sy koninkryk is reeds hier, aan die gebeur, onafhanklik van ons vermoë of onvermoë. Ons moet bewustelik begin

leef met die wete: ons leef in Sy teenwoordigheid, op Sy aarde, gekies om deel te
