Bijlage A

Beschrijving reissites

In deze bijlage staat de eerste indruk die ik kreeg bij het bekijken van de pagina. Maar

omdat ik alleen het boekingsgedeelte van de site heb onderzocht is er niet echt gekeken

naar de rest van de pagina.

Op de detailpagina van een reis wordt meestal de datum van de reis al bepaald. Indien

dit het geval is wordt dit al meegenomen in het boekingsgedeelte van de site. Zo’n detail

pagina bevat vaak een datumtabel waar bij de kolommen een dag van de week voorstellen.

In de cellen van de tabel staat dan de prijs van de reis indien er op die datum wordt

vertrokken.

De algemene indeling is dat boven aan de pagina een algemene header van de website

staat. Links staat waar de gebruiker zich op dat moment bevindt in het boekingsproces.

En vaak een kolom aan de rechter kant met een totaal overzicht van de reis. In het

middenblok komen dan alle keuzes van het boekingsformulier. Het gros van de site vragen

eerst naar het aantal personen, de datum en de accommodatie eigenschappen. Bij de

volgende stap worden dan naar de persoonsgegevens gevraagd.

Reisgegevens, accommodatie eigenschappen, persoonsgegevens, verzekering en tot slot

is er een laatste stap om het geheel te bevestigen. Bij de stap reisgegevens kiest de

gebruiker de vertrekdatum, de reisduur en eventueel een vluchthaven. Bij accommodatie

gegevens kan worden gekozen voor bijvoorbeeld een all-in variant of kan bijvoorbeeld

worden aangegeven dat de voorkeur uitgaat naar een kamer met uitzicht op zee. Verder

moet bij de boeking de persoonsgegevens worden ingevuld en kunnen er eventueel extra

reisverzekeringen worden afgesloten.

Er is voornamelijk gekeken naar Nederlandse sites, dit is immers de doelmarkt van

Xentaur. Buitenlandse sites bieden ook een schat aan informatie vandaar ook dat er ook

naar een aantal buitenlandse sites is gekeken.
