Voor mijn moeder, Georgina Carrasco Vilca, is dit proefschrift aan jou gewijd, bedankt voor het wachten en zorgen maken, voor de lezingen en de eindeloze zorgen. Bedankt voor het lachen met mij, ook al wist ik soms dat je ook om me lachte. Bedankt voor de grenzeloze knuffels, kusjes en voor de steun die ik elke keer van je ontvang.
