5.3 Suggesties voor vervolgonderzoek

Daar de verschillende technieken van impressiemanagement allemaal verschillende aspecten van impressiemanagement bekijken, is het verstandig om in vervolgonderzoek de verschillende technieken samen te gebruiken. Zodat alle technieken om impressiemanagement uit te

oefenen worden onderzocht.

Ook kan zoals de beperkingen van dit onderzoek al aangeeft, dat media aandacht niet altijd positief hoeft te zijn, is om een completer beeld te krijgen van de invloed van media aandacht te krijgen positieve en negatieve media aandacht te scheiden.

Als laatste kan het aantal goede doelen worden uitgebreid, daar het goede doelenlandschap in Nederland uit ongeveer 18.000 organisaties die als goed doel worden omschreven bestaat. En voor dit onderzoek 98 van deze goede doelen zijn onderzocht, welke dus lid zijn van het VFI.
