Pursuant to the Belgian Act of 2 May 2007 on the disclosure of major shareholdings in issuers whose shares are admitted to trading on a regulated market, Greenyard received on 8 May 2019 from Kabouter Management LLC a transparency notification dated 7 May 2019.
Kabouter Management LLC has notified Greenyard that on 2 May 2019 its shareholding in Greenyard has downwards crossed the 5,0% statutory threshold. According to the transparency notification Kabouter Management LLC holds 2.189.290 Greenyard shares (representing 4,9% of the total number of Greenyard shares (numerator: 44.372.585)).
