Administrator end-user license for MedischOnderwijs.nl
Administrators of MedicalEducation.nl are free to provide access to end-users to E-learning modules that are hosted by their own institution or third parties.
Proper use of the administrator account obliges administrators to:
• Only put online E-learning modules that apply to the following characteristics:
o self contained interactive learning units with a defined learning goal, o directed to an increase in medical knowledge or skills,
o directly accessible from MedischOnderwijs.nl without a separate password, o intended to be played on a computer.
• Make sure the copyrights of the content of the modules is owned by the own institution when the E-learning is hosted at the own institution.
• Provide as much information as possible about the modules:
o Fill in all metadata fields of the module completely and accurately.
o Classify the module on at least 4 classification axes (Technical, CBT-Type, Educational and MeSH root).
o Add a minimum of 1 example image to each module.
• Use the en-user data for personal administrative purposes only.
• Consider the administrator account personal and not provide access to it to anyone but the person the account was licensed to.
