VePo Foods BV
2VePo Foods BV. is een Nederlands bedrijf uit Bodegraven dat zich gespecialiseerd heeft in het raspen en snijden van kaas. Het bedrijf levert aan dezelfde soort
afnemers als KPH, te weten de foodindustrie, de cateringsector en de groothandels die de Italiaanse keuken beleveren. Beide bedrijven leveren dezelfde producten en hebben hetzelfde assortiment. Het bedrijf is in 1991 opgericht en de productiehal is in 2001 geheel vernieuwd. Hierbij is het machinepark gemoderniseerd. Bij VePo Food werken ongeveer 40 mensen. VePo Foods BV. vindt maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen belangrijk, wat zich uit in het gebruik van energiezuinige machines en milieuvriendelijke verpakkingen. Het bedrijf werkt nauw samen met zusterbedrijf Poll Food B.V., wat door dezelfde familie gerund wordt.
Poll Food BV
3Poll Food BV uit Bodegraven, Nederland is in 1920 opgericht en gespecialiseerd in het bewerken, versnijden en verpakken van kaas. Het bedrijf was in 1974 één van de eersten die zich richtte op het professioneel versnijden en verpakken van kaas en zo heeft het de kaasletter, de éénpersoonsverpakking en het hotelblok geïntroduceerd.
Het motto van Poll Food luidt: “Niet kopiëren, maar innoveren.” Bij Poll Food werken ongeveer 110 mensen. Dit bedrijf vindt, net zo als haar zusterbedrijf VePo Food, maatschappelijk verantwoord ondernemen belangrijk. Ongeveer zestig tot zeventig procent van de producten worden naar Europese landen geëxporteerd.
Poll Food en VePo Food zijn in het bezit van alle kwaliteitscertificaten die er in de voedingsbranche zijn.
Den Hollander Food
4Dit bedrijf is een nieuw en modern verpakkingsbedrijf van kaasproducten. Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Lochem, Nederland. Het biedt gesneden en geraspte kaas en
kaasblokjes aan, voor de groothandel, retail en catering. Den Hollander Food beschikt over een verpakkingscapaciteit van 35000 ton. Het bedrijf zegt continu te investeren in verpakkingsmogelijkheden, productontwikkeling, hygiëne en kwaliteit.

Zijerveld & Veldhuyzen is actief in de handel, industriële verwerking, im- en export, distributie, horeca, retail en detailhandel van de kaasmarkt. Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Bodegraven, Nederland. 6Karsemeijer richt zich op het bewerken en verpakken van kaas voor groothandel, horeca en retail. In 1990 is het bedrijf opgericht en ondertussen is het uitgebreid tot een oppervlakte van 3700m2. Het bedrijf is gevestigd in Woerden, Nederland.
Karsemeijer vindt visie, moderne technieken en inspanning belangrijk.
Grozette
7Grozette produceert sinds 1964 een breed assortiment kaasproducten voor de retail, catering en voedingsindustrie. Grozette is, net zoals Karsemeijer, gevestigd in
Woreden, Nederland. Het bedrijf levert naast de Nederlandse markt aan meer dan 30 landen wereldwijd. Het assortiment bestaat uit diverse kaaspoeders, kaassliertjes, kaaskorrels, gespraydroogde kaas en geraspte kaas. De producten zijn verkrijgbaar in verschillende soorten, bemalingen en verpakkingen, zowel vers als lang houdbaar.
Vika Food
8Vika is een Nederlandse organisatie, gevestigd in Ede, dat zich gespecialiseerd heeft in innovatieve voedingsmiddelen gebaseerd op kaas. De afnemers van Vika is de foodindustrie (snacks, bakkerijen etc.). Het bedrijf levert naast gesneden en geraspte kaas ook kaassauzen en dergelijke.

Dit dertigjarige Duitse bedrijf heeft zich gespecialiseerd in het bewerken en verpakken van kaas. Tevens biedt het partnerships in co-verpakken van kaas aan. Het motto van het bedrijf luidt: “we are packaging freshnesh for you”. In 1993 heeft het bedrijf een nieuwe fabriek gebouwd van 20000m2 met het modernste machinepark. Het bedrijf heeft 170 werknemers. Frischpack ligt geografisch centraal in Europa, in Scönau / Oberbayern, Duitsland.
Er zijn meer bedrijven die gesneden en geraspte kaas leveren. Van deze bedrijven is, echter, helemaal geen informatie te vinden. Deze bedrijven hebben geen internetsite en ook op het internet zelf is absoluut geen informatie over de bedrijven te vinden. Het is onbekend wie hun afnemersgroep is, wat voor producten het bedrijf precies levert en de grootte van het bedrijf.
