CURRICULUM VITAE

Annemarie Braamse was born on November 6, 1985 in Goes, the Netherlands. In 2003, she graduated from high school (VWO) at the Buys Ballot College in Goes. Subsequently, she studied Psychology with a specialization in Medical Psychology at Tilburg University.

After graduation in August 2008, she worked as a psychologist at the Medical Psychology department of the Catharina Hospital, Eindhoven. In April 2009, she started as a PhD student at GGZ inGeest, department of Psychiatry in Amsterdam, in a collaboration pilot between GGZ inGeest, VU University Medical Center, and Inholland University of Applied Sciences. She examined the psychological aspects of treatment with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in patients with hematological malignancies, which resulted in this thesis. At present, Annemarie works as a post-doctoral researcher at the Department of Psychiatry of the VU University Medical Center Amsterdam.
