In the year of 2014, I have made a decision to do a PhD and luckily got the scholarship from Chinese government for a position in Fulvio’s lab in Utrecht. However, I got the news that the lab will move to Groningen and I will start my PhD there. So I start it in 2015 and spent 4 years on my PhD study in the Department of Cell Biology, UMCG.
