1 In Nederland worden de cardiovasculaire risicomanagement richtlijnen niet goed nageleefd

(dit proefschrift).

2 Bij de interpretatie van het lipiden profi el is correctie voor leeftijd en geslacht geïndiceerd

(dit proefschrift).

3 Een gebrek aan een gezonde leefstijl kan het fenotype van heterozygote familiaire hyper-cholesterolemie imiteren (dit proefschrift).

4 Er is momenteel onvoldoende bewijs om STAP1 als een kandidaatgen voor familiare hyper-cholesterolemie te zien (dit proefschrift).
