Visitor Safety Notice

For your and our safety

‚Keep clear‘ requirement

Traffic routes, emergency escape and rescue routes, emergency exits, access to safety equipment and electrical equipment must generally be kept clear.

Emergencies

In case of emergencies, please follow the instructions in the emergency plan. Current emergency plans plus emergency exit route plans and lists of first-aiders are displayed. If you wish, you can take a copy of the latest emergency plan and list of first-aiders from Reception. Please return these after your visit.

Our first-aid assistants are on hand to provide first aid. Please notify the Safety Officer immediately in the event of any accident on the company site. In case of an emergency evacuation, please go immediately to the safety meeting point A!

General

At Dr. Fritz Faulhaber GmbH & Co. KG (DFF), the health and safety at work, accident prevention and fire protection regulations, laws and ordinances valid in Germany and the instructions given in this Notice must be followed.

Vehicle access to the company site

The company site may only be accessed by vehicle for the purposes of loading / unloading and parking, and only during the period of the visit.

Warning: Maximum speed = walking speed The provisions of the Road Traffic Regulations apply on the company site.

Visitor’s pass

For the duration of your visit, you will be given a visitor‘s pass and certificate.

The visitor‘s pass must be worn visibly and must be returned to Reception or to your contact when the visit is over.

Your presence must be confirmed by your contact partner at Faulhaber on the visitor certificate.

This must also be returned when you finish your visit.

Access to operating areas

You may not enter operating areas or parts of the building unless you are accompanied or have been instructed to do so. Instructions given by safety officers must be followed.

Please do not touch any products or production systems, since this could cause electrostatic discharge (ESD), which in turn could cause damage to parts, product damage and subsequent product defects.

Data protection EDV

No data, in digital or paper form, may be taken away or reproduced without the permission of the contact partner assigned to you.

Camera

Photographs may not be taken!

Mobile telephones

Mobile telephones may not be used in the manufacturing area.

Smoking ban

Smoking is strictly forbidden in all company buildings and ancillary rooms.
