To help our clients to use ishipit we released the mobile app ‘ishipit zakelijk’. It is meant as a companion to the full Portal https://portal.ishipit.nl/ that you access via the login (email + password) that you created for the webportal.
In the 1st release you can:
1. See all of your shifts - the time, the shipper name, age, telephone number, tariff, and the vehicle.
2. Get notification about events that require your attention: when a candidate applies to a shift in which you need to manually select the shipper; when it is time to log the shift hours and if a shipper sets a no-show. So, please allow those handy notifications.
3. Select the best shipper from the candidates for the ‘manual’ shifts 4. Log the hours of a completed shift as soon as the shipper logs his hours
Om onze dienstverlening te verbeteren hebben we nu een mobiele app voor opdrachtgevers:
‘ishipit zakelijk’. Deze mobile app is een aanvulling op de webportal waar jullie gebruik van maken https://portal.ishipit.nl/. Inloggen in de mobiele app doe je met de gegevens die je ook gebruikt voor de webportal.
Met deze 1e versie kun je:
1. Al jouw shits zien (tijd en vervoermiddel shift, naam, leeftijd, tel. nummer van shipper(s) 2. Ontvang je notificaties m.b.t. zaken die je aandacht vereisen, bijvoorbeeld als je zelf een
shipper moet selecteren, als je uren dient in te voeren en als een shipper een shift cancelt.
3. Bij ‘Manual’ shifts een shipper selecteren uit de aanmeldingen 4. Gewerkte uren controleren en/of aanpassen en bevestigen

You log in with your email and password that you use on the web portal

In the 1st tab, you see all upcoming shifts, including the shift(s) that is/are running now.
You see directly if the shipper is selected by you or by the system and for the Manual shifts you can see a number of candidates.
It is not yet possible to create a new shift via the app.
In het 1e tabblad zie je alle actuele en aankomende shifts.
Je ziet direct:
- de shipper die de shift heeft geaccepteerd/door jou is geselecteerd
- het aantal kandidaten voor een shift waaruit jij iemand kunt selecteren (indien je hebt gekozen voor Manual)
- shifts die NOG niet bezet zijn of WEER onbezet zijn (bijvoorbeeld omdat een shipper zijn/haar
aanwezigheid heeft gecanceld)
Let op:
Shifts die binnen 1 uur voor aanvang worden gecanceld door de shipper dien je ZELF opnieuw aan te maken in de web portal (kies Manual en selecteer zelf een shipper uit de aanmeldingen)
(Het is NOG niet mogelijk om shifts aan te maken via de mobiele app)
For the Manual shifts, you get a notification each time a candidate applies. In the shift details, you can see the details of each candidate and can select one. We are working on introducing more shipper details here.
Als je zelf een kandidaat wenst te selecteren (je hebt dus “Manual” gekozen bij het publiceren van de shift(s)) krijg je een notificatie indien er een nieuwe aanmelding is.
Je ziet het tarief (o.b.v. de leeftijd) en de naam van de shipper en kunt nu ook eenvoudig een shipper selecteren

In the 2nd tab, you see the shifts that are finished but need logged hours - at first from the shipper and later from you. We recommend to remind the shipper to log his hours directly after the shift, so you can do it also directly after the shift.
In het 2e tabblad zie je shifts die afgelopen zijn en waarvan de uren nog ingevoerd en/of bevestigd moeten worden en door wie.
We raden je aan de shipper te verzoeken om direct na het afronden van een shift (ter plekke) de gewerkte uren in te voeren zodat jij die ook gelijk kunt controleren, eventueel aanpassen en bevestigen.
You will have the hours by the shipper prefilled, so check them carefully and correct as needed. It is not allowed to log the hours of a completed shift with time in the future.
It is not yet possible to set a no-show from the app. If you need - do it via the web portal, with or without the fine to the shipper.
De door de shipper
ingevoerde uren zijn al voor je ingevuld, controleer deze, pas ze zonodig aan en bevestig deze.
Het is alleen mogelijk om uren na het verstrijken van een shift (= de eindtijd zoals ingevoerd bij het aanmaken door jou) te bevestigen.
M.a.w.: om 18.00 uur een shift bevestigen met een oorspronkelijke eindtijd 22.00 uur is niet mogelijk.
Komt een shipper niet opdagen (“No-show”) dan dien je dit via de web portal aan te geven!
In the 3rd tab, you see the fully completed shifts of 2 types - the ones that have the hours logged and those that are expired without the shipper.
For the shifts with the
shipper, you can directly see the hours that you have logged below the originally planned hours.
In het 3e tabblad zie je afgeronde shifts:
Dit zijn zowel de shifts waarvoor de uren zijn bevestigd door jou (+ de tijden) alsook shifts die zijn verlopen zonder dat er een shipper is gevonden of door jou is geselecteerd.
In the 4th tab, you see the shifts that are canceled altogether - either by you or by the system because the shipper did not show up. You can recognize the no-show shifts by the name of the shipper on the list.
It is not yet possible to cancel a shift via the app.
In het 3e tabblad zie je ALLE gecancelde shifts!
Shifts kunnen zijn gecanceld door jou of door een shipper.
(Het is NOG niet mogelijk om shifts te cancelen via de mobiele app)
