Structuur, opbouw, wind/sneeuw belasting:
Single-aisle Heba-Fix® marquee with PVC roof (RAL 9016, “traffic white”); roof including inner tarpaulin (translucent) and isolated sandwich panel wall cladding integrated in the side walls up to the eave; gable triangles made of isolated sandwich panels as well (standard color RAL 9006, “white aluminium”, other colors include RAL 9007 as requested by the customer).
Specification with tension tie in approx. 6.20 m height;
Clear Headroom: 6.20 m;
Frame distance 4.02 m;
Static plan type C02;
20.00 m width x 12.06 m length x 6.40 m eave height; 9.65 m ridge height;
0.68 kN/m² snow load; 0.59 kN/m² wind load (111 km/h wind speed);
24.12 m plastic rain gutters on both side walls;
1 steel doors as standard pedestrian access/fire escape doors;
1 emergency exit lightings;
3 rows of lighting / 8 lamps; energy saving electronic;
44,12 m wall protection with trapezoidal metal sheets;
wall sealing with circumferential bitumen belts
PVC-Roof
The white transparent roof consists of PVC-coated polyester material with a tear-profess of 250 kg. It is highly inflammable in accordance with DIN 4102 B1 and is incorporated in the aluminium frame profile without any maintenance required.
To isolate and avoid condensed water, a transparent inner tarpaulin is inserted in the roof area, which creates an approx. 25 cm wide air gap. The inner tarpaulin is also highly inflammable in accordance with DIN 4102 B1 (total heat transmission coefficient of approx.
3.0 W/m² K).
The slope of the roof is 18°.
Wind and Snow loading calculations
The wind and snow loads of the buildings offered are:
Snow Load: 0.68 kN/m² (approx. 68 kg/m²)
Wind Load: 0.59 kN/m² corresponding to 31 m/s or approx. 111 km/h wind speed.
The structural analysis is calculated with a security factor of 1.5. In the event of higher wind speeds no damages of the building are expectable.
