VERKLARING: INTENTIE TOT DELEN VAN YOUTH DATA

YOUth verklaart bij deze dat zij in principe positief staat tegenover het gebruik van YOUth data in het onderzoeksproject [TITEL] van [NAAM/NAMEN ONDERZOEKER(S)]

mits wordt voldaan aan alle voorwaarden die gelden op het moment van indiening van de data-aanvraag. Hieronder vallen onder meer maar niet uitsluitend de voorwaarden zoals beschreven in het YOUth Data Access Protocol, regels omtrent privacy en het delen van data van Utrecht Universiteit en/of het Universitair Medisch Centrum Utrecht,

alsmede overige relevante Nederlandse en Europese wet- en regelgeving omtrent persoonsgegevens.

Deze verklaring beoogt niet om enige bindende verplichting te creëren tot het goedkeuren van de data-aanvraag en zal niet als zodanig worden uitgelegd.

Indien voornoemd project gefinancierd wordt, kan de Principal Investigator van het project een data-aanvraag indienen bij YOUth, welke volgens de reguliere procedure zoals beschreven in het YOUth Data Access Protocol, zal worden behandeld en beoordeeld.
