STATEMENT: INTENT TO SHARE YOUTH DATA

YOUth hereby declares that it is in principle positive about the use of YOUth data in the research project [TITLE] of [NAME / NAMES RESEARCHER (S)], provided that all

conditions that apply at the time of submission of the data request are met . This includes, but is not limited to, the conditions as described in the YOUth Data Access Protocol, rules regarding privacy and data sharing of Utrecht University and / or the University Medical Center Utrecht, as well as other relevant Dutch and European legislation and regulations regarding personal data.

This statement is not intended to create any binding obligation to approve the data request and will not be interpreted as such.

If the aforementioned project is funded, the Principal Investigator of the project can submit a data request to YOUth, which will be processed and assessed according to the regular procedure as described in the YOUth Data Access Protocol.
