The aim of this research is to study Chinese business elites’ leadership styles. The items described below are about leaders’ preferred leadership behaviors. This research does not judge the suitability or desirability of these behaviors, but only providing plenty of choices for business elites to choose their favorate behaviors among these items, and this can offer a first-hand data for the further research about the formation of leadership styles.
