Maintaining the level of exploration and production in next fifteen years is the national objective of gas production.

Actions to meet the objective:

• Evaluation of the new ‘2003 mining law’ completed

• Revision of the mining law in progress, in particular relating to new developments like storage, maturity and new comers

• Fallow acreage / field covenant planned to be signed in due course

• Continuation small fields policy

• Improving access to information:
