Analyse regeerakkoord Rutte-III: Effecten

op klimaat en energie (PBL 2017)

Het door het kabinet Rutte-III voorgestelde

emissiedoel van 49% reductie in 2030 past bij

de ambitie uit het Parijs-akkoord om de

temperatuurstijging te beperken tot ruim onder

de 2 graden. De geanalyseerde maatregelen

realiseren ruwweg de helft van de daarvoor

benodigde emissiereductie. Het

transitiebeleid wordt ingezet maar kan nog

aan kracht winnen. Om de beoogde reductie

van 49% in 2030 te halen, zullen in een nieuw

klimaat- en energieakkoord aanvullende

2013 2014 2015 2016 2017 2018 2019 2020 2021 2022 Sustainability: - Year of construction 1975/1995 (14.819 m2)

- CO2-controlled ventilation in the exterior, thanks to demand-driven operation, 40,000 m3 of gas is saved every year and 4,000 kWh of electricity.

- Now, 93% of the employees feel comfortable indoors compare to 22% before. For students, that percentage is now 86%.

- Several central heating boilers, no cooling (shell has recently been isolated)

- In the long term, connect to Geothermic energy

- Installing and insulating installations (saving 78.9 GJ / year)

- Reduction energy -> TL lighting

- Salt electrolysis (environmentally friendly, less maintenance, natural salt for chemical chlorine, extremely low energy consumption and healthy for user)

- Heating with heat pumps and central heating boilers, cooling with heat and cold storage (WC)

- In the long term, connect to Geothermic energy

- Installing and insulating installations (saving 416.1 GJ / year)

- Reduction energy -> TL lighting

replaced with LED (saving 207.7 GJ / year)

In this building - on the Zernike Campus - the Institute for Sport Studies is accommodated. A swimming pool, sports halls and

educational areas are located in this building. Employees (on a regular basis) may also use these facilities.

In this post modern monumental building, the Academies for Health Studies and Nursing Science are housed. The building is located in the city center near the University Medical Center Groningen and is part of the Healthy Ageing Campus, which also includes several Research Institutes of the State University of Groningen

- Remove gas-fired heat generation in existing building (saving 1.458.3 GJ / year gas)

In this building, Bachelor's and Master's programs on Music science (School of Performing Arts) are accommodated. In the Netherlands there are 9 conservatories. In Groningen more than 300 students study Music science at the conservatory.

In the inner city are several historical monumental buildings that offer

Hanzehogeschool education. One of the locations is at Praediniussingel, where Art Academy Minerva's art courses are offered. The municipality intends to set up the area as ART QUARTER.

In the Radesingel, music courses are being given at this time, soon they will move to the new building for the Prins Claus

Conservatory

Sustainability:

- Year of construction 1900 - Monument (listed building)

- Installing and insulating installations (saving 244.3 GJ / year gas)

- Insulation of the structural shell (saving 814.1 GJ / year gas)

- Remove gas-fired heat generation (saving 976.9 GJ / year gas)

- Well, investment in an air / water heat pump with low temperature heating system and higher energy generation (electric)

Sustainability:

- Reuse of existing materials - Durable and flexible design - Building earthquake proof - Low maintenance costs

- Connecting to geothermic energy (The tower)

- Year of construction 2005 - Floor area: 6.483 m2 (tower) - Currently cooling from WKO WAS In the building at Zernike Square 7, named

Van Olst tower complex), a variety of Economical Schools are accommodated. Amongst them the International Business School, the School for Marketing

Management and the School for Facility Management. Here, also most of the supporting staff departments and the

Executive Board are having their offices. In the near future this building will be

completely rebuilt. At the moment the project team is busy to contract a contractor.

Zernike Campus

In the coming years, the municipality of Groningen, The University of Groningen and Hanzehogeschool will reorganize the entire Zernike Campus

Sustainability:

- Important stakeholders have looked at opportunities to include

sustainability issues on the Campus. This includes sustainability in reuse materials, Cradle to Cradle and sustainability integrated in road or otherwise.

- The facilities of the Campus on facilities and facilities are not

included here, only the way in which infrastructure and accessibility are arranged.
