Toekomstige ideeën

In dit onderzoek ligt de nadruk op staafdiagrammen een suggestie voor vervolgonderzoek is om andere soorten financiële grafieken te onderzoeken. In het vervolg kunnen ook andere vormen van impression management zoals: Orientation distortion en Presentational enhancement onderzocht worden. Mijn steekproef bestond uit financiële instellingen, in het vervolg kunnen ook andere branches onderzocht worden. Ook kunnen meerdere landen van elk rechtssysteem en meerdere boekjaren onderzocht worden om tot een sterkere conclusie te kunnen komen. In mijn onderzoek ligt de nadruk op gepubliceerde jaarverslagen, ook kan onderzoek gedaan worden naar andere communicatiemiddelen van ondernemingen zoals
