Musculoskeletal Pain & Dysfunction in Musicians
1. Muscle activation patterns and musculoskeletal complaints (MSC) may not be related. (This thesis)
2. Posture characteristics of the upper body during music playing and MSC may not be related. (This thesis)
3. Professional bassists are suitable participants for studies about the possible influence of occupational exposure factors on MSC. (This thesis)
4. Construct building about motor skills in music medicine can produce new insights and hypotheses about that particular motor skill. (This thesis)
5. The visual assessment of global posture in routine practice should be done in a structured way. (This thesis)
6. The Pragmatic Hand Evaluation (PHE) is a suitable tool for the measurement of anthropometric characteristics of the hand at group level. (This thesis)
