A - TOELATING TOT DE HANDEL

Op grond van artikel 6201 van de geharmoniseerde regels van Euronext, heeft Euronext Amsterdam beslot en de unit aandelen, gewone aandelen en de stock warrants van HEDOSOPHIA EUROPEAN GROWTH toe te laten tot de handel aan de gereglementeerde markt van Euronext Amsterdam.

Op de datum van het prospectus (het "Prospectus"), voert HEDOSOPHIA EUROPEAN GROWTH (de "Venn ootschap") geen business uit.

De technische toelating van de Units op Euronext Am sterdam zal plaatsvinden op 13/05/2021 en de handel zal worden geopend op 14/05/2021.

De technische toelating van de Gewone Aandelen en de Warrants zal plaatvinden op 13/05/2021 maar de h andel in de instrumenten wordt pas geopend vanaf de 37e kalendardag na de Eerste Dag van Verhandeling (zie Prospectus).

Unit houders dienen hun financiele tussenpersoon te i nstrueren om de Warrant Agent te benaderen ingevol ge de Units in te wisselen en Gewone Aandelen en W arrants te ontvangen (zie Prospectus).

De referentieprijzen van deze instrumenten zullen mid dels een market notice worden gecommuniceerd na h et sluiten van de handel op de 36e kalenderdag na de Eerste Dag van Verhandeling.
