I would like to express my sincere gratitude to my supervisor, Prof. Marc van der Maarel. Thank you for offering me the opportunity to come to Groningen and be part of ABBE group. I am very blessed to work with and learn a lot from you. Thank you for your guidance, suggestions, understanding and support during my PhD.
