Villa Flora is een inspirerende omgeving, een campusgebouw met een open uitstraling en aantrekkingskracht voor huurders, gasten, klanten en andere bezoekers.
Box-in-box
Dit concept is specifiek ontwikkeld voor Villa Flora. Met de box- in-boxen, elk 24 m2, speelt de campus in op de flexibele behoefte:
huisvesting on demand. Het sluit perfect aan bij de behoefte van de huurder in de fase van zijn organisatie, of programma. Je kunt één, twee of meerdere boxen (geschakeld) huren, en deze inrichten als kantoor of R&D faciliteit.
Binnen Villa Flora zijn verder kantoorruimten op de verschillende verdiepingen. Deze zijn gecompartimenteerd en variëren van 140 m2 tot 430 m2.
Flexplek
Geen eigen kantoorruimte of box-in-box nodig, en wil je een aantal dagen per maand op de campus werken? Ook dat kan. Je huurt dan een Fixed Desk in de Coworking Space. Je kunt gebruik maken van een locker en brievenbus. Of je reserveert voor minimaal vijf en maximaal twaalf dagen per maand een Flex Desk.
Villa Flora is an inspiring environment in the form of a campus building with an open, welcoming atmosphere that attracts tenants, guests, customers and other visitors.
Box-in-box
This concept has been developed specifically for Villa Flora.
The box-in-boxes on campus, each 24 m2 in size, respond to the flexible need for accommodation on demand. This facility aligns perfectly with the needs of the tenant, whatever the phase of their organisation or programme. You can rent one, two or more boxes (connected to each other), and set them up as an office or R&D facility.
There are also other office spaces on the various floors at Villa Flora. These are compartmentalised and range in size from 140 m2 to 430 m2.
Flex Desk
If you don’t need your own office space or box-in-box, but would still like to work a few days per month on campus, you can rent a Fixed Desk in the Coworking Space. This also gives you access to a locker and a mailbox. Alternatively, you can reserve a Flex Desk for a minimum of five and maximum of twelve days per month.

Brighthouse is een nieuw gebouw en vanaf juli 2021 beschikbaar.
Het is specifiek ontwikkeld voor laboratoria en kantoren.
Brighthouse telt vijf verdiepingen
Twee ervan zijn ook als volledige verdieping te huur. Het totale oppervlak per verdieping is dan 1450 m2. Gesplitst kan ook, dan is de beschikbaarheid maximaal 600 m2. De andere verdiepingen zijn modulair en de modules variëren van 60 tot 300 m2.
Brighthouse is a new building that will be available from July 2021. It has five floors and is specifically designed for laboratories and offices. Two floors are available as an entire space, with a total surface area per floor of 1450 m2. These can also be split up, resulting in spaces up to 600 m2.
The other floors are modular and the modules vary from 60 m2 to 300 m2 in size.

Brightworks is een nieuwe werkplaatsomgeving en vanaf februari 2021 beschikbaar. Er zijn verhuurmodules van 110 m2 tot 1.125 m2 met standaard technische voorzieningen.
De vrije hoogte is 6 meter en in de werkruimte is aanvulling met een kantoorfunctie mogelijk.
De module is vrij in te delen en bovendien is het mogelijk om meerdere modules te huren en deze te schakelen.
Brightworks is a new workshop environment that will be available from February 2021. There are rental modules ranging from 110 m2 to 1.125 m2 in size, equipped with standard technical facilities.
The clear height is 6 metres, and there is the option of incorporating an office area in the work space.
Lessors are free to arrange the module according to their wishes and needs, and it is also possible to rent multiple modules and link them together.

Het campusgebied is 60 hectare groot, bestaat voor de helft uit bossen en op 10 hectare is bebouwing mogelijk.
Voldoende ruimte en uiteenlopende mogelijkheden met percelen op maat voor de vestiging en groei van jouw bedrijf.
Het ontwikkelen en realiseren van een eigen gebouw behoort ook tot de mogelijkheden.
The campus is located in natural green surroundings at the junction of the A73 and A67 highways. The combination of location and accessibility makes it an ideal business site.
The campus has an area of 60 hectares, half of which is woodland. Another 10 hectares are available for construction.
