1. To increase the counselling attendance of people living with HIV (PLHIV) should be a priority. (This thesis)
2. Self reported adherence among PLHIV is a valued method of data collection in Indonesia, in the absence of complete electronic health records. (This thesis)
3. A policy to improve health care for PLHIV is incomplete without a stigma reduction program. (This thesis)
4. Studying health literacy is underdeveloped in Indonesia, particularly among patients with chronic diseases including HIV. (This thesis)
