In Belgium : CIS – CFS “open science” decided a “rotating delegate” with Bart Dumolyn (EWI) being the first BE delegate
For legal and practical reasons the GB was set up as a Working Group of the Strategic Configuration of the Programme Committee
The Executive Board was set up by the Commission as an expert group
The Governance Board will discuss and give feedback to the work done by the EB
The Executive Board has produced a strategic
implementation plan and started working groups to
which the MS could suggest
experts not representing the
member state, but themselves.
