Stellingen

1. Interventies met betrekking tot de organisatie van de zorg moeten net zoals behandelprotocollen worden geëvalueerd om te zien of ze wel nut hebben. (dit proefschrift)

2. Met een eenvoudige screening met de GFI en vragen over roken, lengte en gewicht, breng je op een efficiënte manier een groep ouderen in kaart waarvoor potentieel gezondheidswinst geboekt kan worden.(H2)

3. Minimale interventies met adviezen over leefstijl en

behandelingen dragen niet bij aan het verbeteren van de gezondheid van ouderen. (H2)

4. Niet alle ouderen praten graag over hun gezondheid, andere dingen zijn voor hen veel belangrijker. (H3)
