Gebouwd in de jaren zestig, dankzij de belangstelling in de Costa Smeralda van Prins Karim Aga Khan IV, is dit oord de ontmoetingsplaats geworden voor de groten van deze wereld. Dag 3 - Mardi
CAGLIARI Cagliari is de toegangspoort tot Sardinië, waarvan het een van de mooiste stranden heeft. De Fenicische, en vervolgens Romeinse stad, heeft veel overblijfselen bewaard. Boot aan de kade, geen sportactiviteiten nautisch, strand.
Dag 4 - Mercredi LA GOULETTE
De pittoreske haven van La Goulette, gelegen op 10 km van Tunis, heeft in het verleden veel aanvallen geleden, waarvan de meest gedenkwaardige in 1534 werd gepleegd door Barberousse. Karel V, die het vervolgens in beslag nam, bouwde bij de ingang van de stad een Spaans-Turks fort dat lang als gevangenis werd gebruikt. Boot aan de kade, geen watersporten.
Dag 5 - Jeudi
GOZO De eersten van de beschaving schonken aan dit groene en serene eiland megalithische tempels. Calypso zou Odysseus zeven jaar hebben vastgehouden in een van de grotten uitgehouwen in de indrukwekkende kliffen. Boot voor anker, watersporten, geen directe toegang tot een strand.

Een dag op zee om uw batterijen op te laden en te genieten van de vele mogelijkheden die onze uitzonderlijke zeilboot te bieden heeft. Loungen op de ligstoelen op de buitendekken, afkoelen in een van onze twee zwembaden, sporten in onze fitnessruimte of genieten van een moment van ontspanning in de spa. Dag 7 - Samedi
CHANIA De "diamant van Kreta" is een verweving van architecturen, en bevat veel getuigenissen van haar lange geschiedenis. De ongerepte en grillige kusten vormen baaien en kreken. Boot voor anker, watersporten.
Dag 8 - Dimanche
AGIOS NIKOLAOS Het pittoreske stadje houdt een natuurlijke verrassing achter, met haar meer dat wordt bewoond door lokale legendes. Het dient als de perfecte locatie voor de terrassen van de vele cafés. Boot voor anker, watersporten.
Dag 9 - Lundi SUEZ CANAL
Constructed across Africa between 1859 and 1869 under the direction of the French diplomat and engineer Ferdinand de Lesseps, the Suez Canal is 190 km long and links the Mediterranean to the Red Sea. It is both legendary and emblematic, from the outer decks, you can marvel at the views of the desert and dunes on one side, and the oases, little villages and domed mosques from the other.

Inhabited since the year 4000 BCE, it is home to Aqaba Fort which dates back to the Islamic era, and the archaeological museum. Today, it is a coastal resort famous for its long hours of sunshine, with the Red Sea remaining the city’s greatest treasure. Boat docked, no water sports.

Dag 2 - Lundi PORTO CERVO / LES ILES DE LA MADDALENA

Located on the Strait of Bonifacio, between Corsica and Sardinia, the Maddalena Islands form part of the Maddalena Archipelago National Park. The entire archipelago, both the sea and the land, is totally protected. After a transfer by bus to the port of Palau, you will take the ferry to Maddalena Island, the largest of the seven islands in the archipelago. You will take a scenic tour of the island and visit the lovely little town of Maddalena. You will have enough free time to do a bit of shopping or take a stroll by the sea.
Dag 3 - Mardi CAGLIARI / IN HET HART VAN CAGLIARI

Set off to explore Cagliari. Stroll along the rows of stalls at San Benedetto market, the largest covered fish market in Italy, rubbing shoulders with the locals and soaking up the region’s culture. See the most iconic sights the city has to offer, from Poetto beach to Monte Urpinu, before walking through the old town.

An artist once had the idea to turn the village of San Sperate into a giant canvas. Now it’s a veritable open air museum, where you can admire striking optical illusions at almost every turn. After walking around the village, it’s time to visit a wine estate. Enjoy a wine tasting accompanied by local delicacies at the home of some of Sardinia’s best wines.
Dag 4 - Mercredi TUNIS / CARTHAGO EN SIDI BOU ZEIDEN

Leave the modern city behind and travel to ancient Carthage. Your guide will show you around this historical site that is over 3000 years old, where you can marvel at the beautiful examples of Punic and Roman buildings, including the ruined amphitheatre.
After your visit, you will continue to the Moorish village of Sidi Bou Said, with its bright blue and white painted houses. Your guide will walk you around this village, perched on the cliffs overlooking the bay of Tunis. You will have some free time to admire the views before returning to the ship.

Finally you will visit the monastery of Haghia Triada, founded in the 17th century, with its Renaissance church, and where you can try their local products.

Sail the turquoise waters off Crete to the island of Spinalonga. Due to its strategic position guarding the entry to the commercial port of Elounda, control of the island has often been disputed. Discover a rich history uncovered by archaeological digs, with fortifications and other remains left by Byzantine, Venetian, Ottoman and Greek societies over the last 8 centuries.
