Apply for initial certification by submitting applicable documents (FAA Form 8310-3, MOE-supplement, dangerous goods letter, statement of need, applicable adresses, copy EASA Form 3, confirmation of tender)

Review application for completeness and correctness
Send invoice
Perform oversight audit
Process findings in accordance with EASA-procedures
Complete FAA Form 8310-3 and FAA Annex to EASA Form 6
AMO Pay fee to CAA-NL
CAA-NL Send applicable documents to FAA
FAA Review application
Send invoice to AMO AMO Pay fee to FAA
FAA Provide FAR-145 Repair Station Certificate and operations specification to AMO
Provide copy of certificate and operations specification to CAA-NL
CAA-NL Enclose auditing of activities conducted i.a.w. the supplement in the regular oversight programme
