Authority of Consumers and Markets

The Minister of Economic Affairs,

Having regard to chapter 10.1.1 of the Dutch General Administrative Law Act;

Considering the written approval of the Netherlands Authority of Consumers and Markets, Decides:

Article I

In Article 2 of the Decision on mandate, authority and authorization of ACM, the period at the end of paragraph d is replaced with a semi-colon. Then, a paragraph is added, which is the following:

e. Section V, paragraphs 6 and 7, and Section VI, paragraphs 6 and 7 of the Act of July 12, 2012, amending the Dutch Electricity Act and the Dutch Gas Act (the implementation of guidelines and regulations regarding electricity and natural gas).

Article II

This decision will enter into force the day after the publication date of the Dutch Government Gazette in which it is published.

This decision will be published in the Dutch Government Gazette.
