2. Chair´s announcements
a) Presence at CULT Committee hearings and other events
The Chair reminded Coordinators of the importance of MEPs´ presence in hearings and other events of importance to the CULT Committee.
b) Preparation of the AVMS Directive
The Coordinators decided to invite the Director-General of DG Connect to one of the next Coordinators´ meetings to receive an update on the state-of-play.
3. Proposed calendar of meetings 2016
Decision :
The Coordinators approved the calendar of CULT Committee meetings for 2016.
4. Implementation reports
Decisions:
The Coordinators decided that the three Standing Rapporteurs on the following three MFF-programmes would draw up implementation reports:
Erasmus+: Mr Zver (EPP), 0 points
Creative Europe: Ms Costa (S&D), 0 points
Europe for Citizens: Mr Maura Barandiarán (ALDE), 0 points
The Coordinators decided to request expertise from DG EPRS and Policy Department B for these three reports if the respective Rapporteur deems it necessary.
The Coordinators decided that further implementation reports would be drawn up on
an ad hoc basis and would cost 0.5 points and that an automatic request for expertise
from DG EPRS and Policy Department B will be included in the decisions.

5. Hearing "Prevention of radicalisation", 15 October 2015: Selection of experts
Decisions:
The Coordinators agreed to invite the following experts:
an expert of the UNESCO
Mr Andreas ZICK from the University of Bielefeld
The Coordinators agreed to send proposals for further experts to the CULT secretariat (CULT secretariat mailbox) by Thursday 17 September 2015, 18:00. On the basis of these additional proposals, the Chair would make a compromise proposal for additional 2-3 experts.
6. Missions
The Coordinators approved the final draft programme as well as the final list of participants for the mission to Florence as well as the first preliminary draft programme and the draft list of participants of the mission to Pilsen.

The Coordinators agreed to send proposals to the CULT secretariat (CULT secretariat
mailbox) by 12 noon on Thursday 8 October 2015.
