PEACEJAM EUROPE 2017 - GOVERNANCE AND FINANCES

A. Governance

The governance structure of the PeaceJam Europe Foundation will be developed in compliance with the regulations concerning the ANBI status (official NGO status granted by the Tax authorities that allows for tax-free donations) and in line with the Dutch NGO guidelines for good governance (Code Goed Bestuur, Goede Doelen Nederland). The governance structure will be developed in a way so as to ensure independent decision-making, sound separation of roles and functions and avoidance of conflicts of interest.

The PeaceJam Europe Foundation will be governed by a Supervisory Board (Raad van Toezicht).

Members of the Supervisory Board will not receive a renumeration; they can if they so wish, claim their out-of-pocket expenses occurred on behalf of PeaceJam Europe Foundation.
