bij-agen) .

Opmerking vooraf: Met betrekking tot de stablliteit van de unit is vooral het meest negatlef reeele deel van de transferfunktle van belang.

Meting nr. 1: laat de beweglng van de tafel zelf zien, als deze via de unit wordt aangestoten. Twee duidel ijke ei'lenfrekwenties, die welnig gedempt zijn.

Uit metingen nr. 2 en 3 bl ijkt dat cr minimaal verschi I is tus-sen het gedrag van de unit met "pomp uit" (meting nr. 2, zie figuur) en Ilpomp aan ll (meting nr. 3, zie figuur). De meeste metingen zijn dan ook met "pomp uit" ultgelloerd.

Meting nr. 2 is ultgevoerd met zOller mogelijk uitgeschoven zuiger. Meting nr. 4 (zie flguur) geeft dezelfde meting, doch dan is de zuiger zover mogel ijk ingeschoven.

Behalve een gering verschuivlng voor wat betreft de IIgglng van de belangrijkste eigenfrekwelltle, neemt de amplitude toe van 83 naar 98 10-9 miN.

Meting nr. 6 (zie figuur) is een "kantelmeting".

Belangrijke eigenfrekvlentie bij 711 Hz. Vcrmoedel ijk is dit buigingstrilllng van spil.

Konklusie: Spll op zleh is erg stljf.

Meting nr.

7

is gemeten in exeitatiepunt (= kantel Kantelbeweging is uiteraard minder.

Meting nr . . 8 is In .uiterste posltie opgenomen - gering versehil: pieken lets hager.

Meting nr. 9 (in uiterste positie) geeft preeies hetzelfde beeld als meting nr. 6.
