Wie auch bei den modernen Instrumenten, sind die vorerwahnten Schrauben-spinde1n fur die Veineinstellung der Schlitten nur Bewegungs. und keine Messorgaae" d.-h. die Genauigkeit der SchlitteneinstelltUngen hangt nicht

von den Schraubenspinde1n, aondern von der Genauigkeit der Massat~btei­

lungen ab.

Zu jede. Maaastab wurde ursprunglich ein Prufachein mitgeliefert. Die

Prufacheine waren leider nicht mehr vorhanden.
