Geachte Meneer/Mevrouw,

Naar aanleiding van ons eerdere (telefonische) contact, benaderen wij u via deze mail.

Wij zijn van het Human Resource Management Onderzoeksteam van de Amsterdam Business School. Onze groep bestaat uit zes Master studenten, die zich gespecialiseerd hebben in HRM. Aan de hand van online enquêtes wordt er een onderzoek uitgevoerd dat ons meer inzicht beoogt te geven in het effect dat de leiderschapsstijl heeft op de prestaties en gevoelens van werknemers. Er zullen verschillende onderwerpen aan bod komen, zoals o.a. motivatie, tevredenheid, stress, betrokkenheid, communicatie en persoonlijkheid.

De enquête moet worden ingevuld door managers en werknemers. Het is van belang dat per manager er drie werknemers de vragenlijst invullen aangezien de manager vragen zal moeten beantwoorden over deze drie werknemers en vise versa. Voor het onderzoek is het van belang dat wij zoveel mogelijk ‘sets’ van managers en werknemers verzamelen. Het invullen van de vragenlijst zal ongeveer 10 minuten duren voor de manager en ongeveer 15 minuten voor de werknemers. Dit onderzoek zal uw anonimiteit en privacy waarborgen. Wij zijn dan ook niet geïnteresseerd in specifieke antwoorden maar gemiddelden.

De resultaten zullen uiteindelijk gebruikt worden voor de afstudeeronderzoeken van de studenten en voor een academisch onderzoek van de professoren (zie extra links). Het is mogelijk om een samenvatting te ontvangen van de uiteindelijke bevindingen als de resultaten compleet zijn, wat waardevol kan zijn voor uw bedrijf.

De enquêtes zullen zo spoedig mogelijk worden verstuurd als de interesse door u wordt bevestigd. Graag ontvangen wij van u de emailadressen van de deelnemende manager(s) en werknemers zodat de links naar de enquête verzonden kunnen worden. Elke respondent ontvangt een persoonlijke link i.v.m. de statistische verwerking binnen SPSS.

Wij stellen het op prijs als u de vragenlijst binnen twee weken invult.
