De groep SunSeekers onderscheidt zich met een compacte habitus voor Echinacea en met sterke dikke stelen die rijkelijk vertakken. Ze hebben een dubbele bloemlaag. Ze leent zich goed voor thuisgebruik als snijbloem. De variëteit White Perfection heeft mooi zuiver witte bloemen die bloeien van juli tot oktober. Opmerkelijk is ook de winterhardheid.
The SunSeekers group distinguishes itself by its com-pact habit for Echinacea and strong, thick stems that branch profusely. They have semi-double flowers. Can also be brought into the house as a cut flower. This variety has beautiful pure white flowers that bloom from July to October. Noteworthy is the hardiness of this Echinacea.

Deze vlinderstruik heeft krachtige roze bloemen.
Ze groeien compact en bloeien zeer rijk, en bloeien opnieuw na terugsnoeien. Deze struik wordt 120cm hoog en is ideaal voor balkon, terras of vlindertuin. Pink Panther is winterhard tot -18°C.

‘PMOOR14’ (Berries & Cream) De naam verwijst naar de
tweek-leurige bloemen (crème en paars). De bloei is zeer rijk en duurt van juni tot oktober. Deze plant wordt tot 2m hoog. Deze vlinderstruik is zeer winterhard, tot -20 °C en is geschikt voor landschapsinrichting, de heesterborder of voor op balkon of terras.
The name refers to the two-tone flowers (cream and purple). The flowering is very rich and lasts from June to October. This plant grows up to 2m height. The plants are very hardy, down to -20 °C and can be used for landscaping, borders or on the balcony or terrace.

❢ECHEVERIA pulvinata ‘BCEC-12.001’ (Devotion) Devotion heeft een fluweelzacht
bordeauxrood met groen blad. Deze vetplant heeft een mooi ronde vorm en blijft compact tot ca. 15 cm hoog. Ze is gemakkelijk in het onderhoud en heeft weinig water nodig, wat ideaal is voor een pot in huis, op balkon of terras en in de (rots)tuin.
Devotion has burgundy with green leaves that feel velvety soft. This succulent has a nice round shape and stays compact to about 15 cm high. It is easy to maintain and requires a little water, which makes it ideal as a houseplant, for balconies or terraces and in (rock) gardens.

❢SKIMMIA japonica
‘Bolwi173’ (Gold series Miracle) De bronsrode bloemknoppen van deze Skimmia behouden hun kleur veel langer. De Miracle heeft smal donkergroen blad en geeft witte bloemen in april/mei. Ze is zeer geschikt als snijheester of tuinplant, maar ook in pot op het terras. Na 10 jaar krijg je een bolvormige struik van ca. 1 x 1 m.
The bronze-red flower buds of this Skimmia retain their colour much longer. The Miracle has narrow dark green leaves and produces white flowers in April/May. It is very suitable as a cutting shrub or garden plant, but also in pot on the terrace. After 10 years you will get a spherical shrub of approximately 1 x 1 m.

Deze Cortaderia kan gebruikt worden als kamer-plant maar doet het ook goed in de tuin. Hij struikt geweldig goed uit maar blijft zeer compact, en is bovendien perfect winterhard. Planten Stevens biedt ze nu aan in grote pot, opdat de plant mooi tot haar recht zou komen in de handelskanalen.
Because this Cortaderia remains very compact it can be used as a houseplant, but it also fits perfectly in the gar-den: from the terrace to the border. It is perfectly hardy.

❢ PANICUM virgatum ‘Oxblood autumn’
Dit siergras met smalle overhangende bladeren die in het voorjaar frisgroen van kleur zijn wordt nu voor het eerst aangeboden in een grote potmaat.
Ze bloeien in de nazomer met geurende licht- bruine bloempluimpjes die amper boven de bladeren uitsteken. In de herfst verkleuren de bladeren naar roodbruin, vandaar de naam ‘os-senbloed’.
This ornamental grass with narrow, overhanging leaves is for the first time offered in a large pot size. The leaves have a fresh green colour in spring. The plant blooms in late summer with fragrant reddish purple flowers that barely protrude above the leaves. In autumn the leaves turn reddish brown, hence the name ‘ox blood’.

❢PANICUM virgatum ‘Buffalo green’
Deze zeer compacte en stevig gebouwde Panicum wordt nu voor het eerst aangeboden in een grotere potmaat. Door de groengele bladkleur geeft deze plant als het ware licht in de tuin, waardoor ze heel geschikt is om accenten te leggen in de tuin. Deze cultivar is ook perfect geschikt voor gebruik op het terras.
This very compact and solidly built Panicum is now offered for the first time in a larger pot size. Due to the green-yellow leaf color, this plant seems to provide light in the garden - which makes it very suitable for making accents in the garden. This cultivar is also perfectly suited for use on the patio.

beseffen de vakbeurzen FLORALL en GrootGroenPlus (GGP) zich ook maar al te goed. Daarom bestaat er dan ook al sinds 2009 een eenvoudig, maar doeltreffend partnerschap tussen beide beurzen. De focus hierin ligt op het belang van standhouders en bezoekers.
De drie samenwerkingspunten zijn:
• FLORALL en GGP zetten in op gezamenlijke communi-catie. Dit gebeurt in aanloop naar de beurs via de websites, de sociale media en mailing.
• Beide beurzen wisselen standruimte uit, werven actief standhouders en bezoekers op de vloer en geven hun beurs er een gezicht.
• Bekroonde nieuwigheden worden prominent gezamenlijk getoond op elkaars beursvloer. Op FLORALL kunnen reeds op GGP bekroonde nieuwighe-den ook deelnemen aan de wedstrijd en wernieuwighe-den er reeds diverse FLORALL-awards toegekend.
Van 6 oktober tot en met 8 oktober heten ca. 225 deelnemers u van harte welkom tijdens de 31e Internationale boomkwekerijvakbeurs GrootGroenPlus in Zundert. Een beurs, waarop kwekers, handelaren, fabrikanten en leveranciers van machines en werktuigen en tal van toeleveranciers uit Nederland en België u op de hoogte stellen van laatste ontwikkelingen in dit vakgebied. Met de hier verworven kennis bent u in staat nog slagvaardiger te ondernemen. Deelnemers en bezoekers zijn voornamelijk afkomstig uit o.a.
Nederland, België, Duitsland, Engeland, Frankrijk, Polen, Hongarije, Denemarken, Italië, Spanje, Slowakije, Roemenië, Kroatië en Rusland.

Cooperation is important to businesses. That is something that trade fairs FLORALL and GrootGroenPlus (GGP) are very aware of. Therefore, the two trade fairs have worked together since 2009 in a very effective way. The focus of this cooperation is on the participants and visitors.
Three points on which the trade fairs work together are:
• FLORALL and GGP focus on joint communication. This happens before the trade fair, through the websites, social media, and mailing.
• Both trade fairs exchange space, are actively working on recruiting participants and visi-tors, and make sure that their trade fair is represented at the partner fair.
• Prize-winning novelties are presented at both fairs, in a prominent spot. The novelties that have been awarded prizes at GGP can also participate in the contests at FLORALL, where they can win different FLORALL awards.
