In deze Bijlage staan de scherm prints van de HaBiDeS-webtool. Hieronder staat hoe je er moet komen en hoe het eruitziet. Wat er precies moet worden ingevuld, staat in stap 5. We doorlopen de volgende stappen.

1. Je komt bij de webtool via de link: http://webforms.eionet.europa.eu/ Vervolgens klik je op de knop ‘Create new session file’

De questionnaire die moet worden geselecteerd is de HaBiDeS+ reporting tool En vervolgens klik op de knop “save file in session”.

2. Vervolgens kom je in het onderstaande scherm. Klik daarna op de link “Edit with 'HABIDES+ reporting tool' web form”.

3. Vul vervolgens het Netherlands in en de user Alterra1. We gebruiken eigenlijk altijd Alterra1. En klik op ‘save’.

4. Klik daarna op + add Habitats Directive derogations of op + add Birds Directive derogations. Je kan de derogatie invullen door op de knop ‘edit’ te klikken. Wanneer alle verplichte velden zijn ingevuld, staat hier de status ‘complete’ in groen. Met copy kan je de derogatie copieren. Bij derogaties met meerdere soorten hoef je niet steeds alles opnieuw in te vullen, maar hoef je na copy, in de gecopieerde derogatie, alleen de soort aan te passen. Klik daarna op save en close.

5. Door edit aan te klikken, krijg je de volgende tekst in invulschermen te zien:

6. Door op het groene knopje ‘back to list’ te klikken, kom je weer terug in de lijst met derogaties (zie 4). klik daarna op save en close waardoor je weer in het scherm met de xml-bestanden (zie 2) komt.

Een uitdraai van de ingevoerde derogaties in een Excelbestand is mogelijk. Hier worden alle velden als kolommen weergegeven. Dit is beter leesbaar dan de xml.

Door op het xml-bestand te klikken, kun je het bestand saven op je computer (download) onder een andere naam. Sluit je de webtool af zonder dit te doen, dan ben je alles kwijt. Vergeet dus niet te

saven op je eigen computer. Wanneer je later weer derogaties wil toevoegen, haal je het bestand
