6.4 Conclusion

To conclude, social entrepreneurs are essential for solving the social and

environmental issues of the world today. The scaling of their social impact can result in significant changes in our society. This study proposes entrepreneurial bricolage as a valuable tool to scale the social impact of social entrepreneurs through innovative work behaviour. The problems that our existing bureaucratic systems cannot solve are more likely to be solved by forward thinking individuals, and social entrepreneurs can do so most creatively and

innovatively. If the founders of Yoni manage to succeed in a bricolage manner that will stimulate innovative work behaviour, they might actually be able to reach many women with their safe menstruation products. It will thus allow them to succeed against the odds of their resource limitations.
