4.4 Conclusie

Het kan geconcludeerd worden dat de informatieklapper voor knievervangende operaties van het Zuyderland ziekenhuis door patiënten op dit moment als goed ervaren wordt. Uit de ervaringen en meningen van de patiënten kwamen

verbeterpunten met betrekking tot de vormeisen, de inhoud en het gebruik van de informatieklapper naar voren. Hieruit volgden een aantal concrete aspecten die voorgesteld worden om de informatieklapper te optimaliseren. De resultaten uit dit onderzoek zijn mogelijk vertekend doordat een beperkt aantal deelnemers bevraagd werd die alle aangaven tevreden te zijn met hun behandeltraject. Toch kunnen de behoefden van patiënten die deze operatie ondergaan met de tijd veranderen waardoor het voor het Zuyderland ziekenhuis van belang is om deze regelmatig te onderzoeken.
