Bin Jiang 1. Cooperation is the basis of development.
2. Agricultural cooperation is gradually taking the lead in Sino-African development cooperation (Chapter 3).

Technology extension is the core element in Chinese domestic agricultural developmental experiences and Sino-African agricultural development collaboration programmes, Chinese domestic development experiences are the fundament of the Chinese rationale of the Sino-African agricultural development cooperation (Chapter 7).
4. Neorealism is ignorant of individual importance in the international political system and is ill-informed that economic elements are key to international relationships in the globalisation era (Chapter 8).
