Introduction of my work experiences:

2002.7 - 2003.8, BMI INNOVATION LIMITED, Assistant.

There are two departments and around 15 employees in this company. The main business of this company is to provide tailor-made corporate consulting and financial services to both companies and individual clients. I worked as an assistant in the Training Department. This department just began its business when I joined it. Since we had many good accountants who had certain

accounting certifications and the manager tried to develop more services and get more clients by using this resource, we set up a website just for students who want to study some foreign account courses, such as IFM (International Finance Manager), CFM (Certified Financial Management), etc. Besides that, we organized several big job fairs with Shanghai government since we had many clients from Hong Kong looking for good employees and we also did some headhunting work for clients.

2003.8 - 2004.8, Scandinavia Shanghai co. Ltd, Secretary.

This company was just set up in July of 2003. It began to sale the

Powerlite600® series of professional equipment to beauty salons. Because I was the first employee of this company at that time, my job included

everything of daily work. At the beginning, I looked for more employees such as sales and beauticians who should know how to use the equipment and how to show it to clients. Later, I needed to train every new employee the function of the equipment and how to use it. At the same time, I should keep contact with every client and look for new clients.
