Installation instruction for the AHKprinterMac for OS X / macOS
This instruction applies when you are logged in with your OS X / macOS computer to the AHK network.
1. Download the OS X / macOS driver and save locally.
2. Open System Preferences via the Apple menu ( ) at the upper left corner of your screen.
3. Click on [Printers & Scanners].
4. Click on the plus-button (+) to add a new printer.
5. Right-click on the menu bar of window below and select [Customize toolbar…].
6. Drag and drop the Advanced button on your toolbar and click on [Done].
7. Click on [Advanced].
8. Select Type LPD/LPR Host or -printer and Device Another device.
9. In the URL field type
: lpd://AHK-ID@AHKSRV232.ahk.nl/AHKprinterMac
. Replace AHK-ID with your personal user name on the AHK network.For example: lpd://j.janssen@AHKSRV232.ahk.nl/AHKprinterMac.
10. In the Name field type AHKprinterMac and in the Location field type AHK.
11. In the Use field select Other…, browse to the file that you have saved locally in step 1and click
on [Open].
12. Click on [Add]

In the new drop-down menu, Under Output Options select Booklet Finisher J1 To finalize the Installation, click on [OK] and if needed dont forget to set the AHKprinterMac as your default printer.
You are now ready to use the AHKprinterMac from your applications!
