With this form you can apply for direct approval by the competent authority to conduct aircraft type training in accordance with EU regulation 1321/2014, particularly Part-66, Appendix III.

This application form is only applicable for type training courses that are not conducted by a Part 147 Training Organisation.

Application for direct approval of type training courses by CAA-NL is only granted when evident that training cannot be provided by an approved Part 147 organisation.

All training sites should be audited for suitability in advance of any training by the applicant organization and the audit reports are to be made available at the time of any CAA audit or forwarded for review when requested by the nominated surveyor.

Applications must be made a minimum of 8 weeks in advance.

If the provided area is insufficient, provide the additional information as an appendix to this form.

Incomplete or incorrectly filled out forms (including absence of additional documents) will not be processed.
