De Peking eend heeft een ereplaats in de Chinese keuken. Bij Happy Corner wordt deze delicatesse geserveerd op de traditionele manier, in drie gangen. De in honing bestroken eend krijgt een extra krokante vel in de oven. Dampende, malse plakjes worden van deze eend afgesneden. Vervolgens worden de volgende drie gangen geserveerd:
I. Geurige chinese bouillonsoep
II. Elegante dunne flensjes met plakjes eend en reepjes lente-ui, bedropen met aromatische chinese saus.
III. Het vlees van de eend wordt met diverse gebakken groenten geserveerd met rijst.
The Peking duck has an honorable position in the Chinese cuisine.
In the Happy Corner, this dish is served in the traditional way, namely in three courses.
Firstly, the skin of the duck is covered in honey before it is placed in the oven for an extra crispy taste. Then the following three courses will be served:

De chinese fondue is ook bedoeld om als een middelpunt van gezelligheid te dienen, voor een avond lang praten, eten en drinken in vriendschap. Die verbroedering biedt de fondue
van Happy Corner, waar u rond de pot met bouillon gezeten in uw eigen tempo kunt genieten van garnalen, reepjes biefstuk, varkensvlees, kipfilet, inktvis, visballetjes, taufu en
diverse soorten groenten.
Dit gerecht bij voorkeur een dag van tevoren reserveren.
