TOUREST is the oldest and largest travel trade fair in the Baltic countries, covering all the main travel segments. It off ers effi cient platform to meet face to face the travel-hungry consumers and the majority of the market’s travel trade professionals who make the purchase decisions. It’s the optimum environment to present your products at the start of the season.

ESTONIA is a growing market. 25 years of independence have not come close to satisfying the ever-growing motivation for travel and the need for exciting new destinations. In 2015 the number of visits to diff erent countries abroad exceeded the population 3 times.

The organizer of the travel trade fair Tourest, Estonian Travel and Tourism Association (ETFL) keeps the right to change the prices and the terms of participation of the fair. The exhibitors will be informed about possible changes. ETFL is the owner of the registered trade mark TOUREST.

All rights reserved, unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

• The non-refundable participation fee is a collateral included in the rent of the exhibition space as a fi xed sum (€ 180+VAT 20%).

• If a stand is used by several exhibitors, an additional co-exhibitor fee of € 35 (per co-exhibitor) will be charged from the main exhibitor. The company in charge of making the reservation is required to manage all other invoices.

• The fair organiser has the right to decline main exhibitors’ co-exhibitors.

• An extra charge of € 20 is charged if additional invoice needs to be made when, for example, the space rental is paid by several companies, or the company contact information is being changed.

• VAT of 20% will be added to all prices. Please consult the fair website for VAT details concerning international exhibitors.
