1) Single-photon radiation damage to most biologically relevant proteins is negligible both for soft X-rays and VUV photons.
2) Ergodic fragmentation processes lead to entirely different mass spectra than non-ergodic ones.
3) Radiation damage mechanisms in solid state proteins at low temperatures are intermediate between gas-phase proteins and solid state proteins at room temperature.
4) A planet which is very liquid water-rich may have lower probability of life presence compared to other Earth-like planets. (A. Witze, Nature, 551, 421 (2017).)
5) Nothing is more permanent than a temporary solution.
6) In ion trap mass spectroscopy it should be obligatory to mention buffer gas timing and pressure in publications.
