THE NICHE IN THE UTERINE CAESAREAN SCAR DIAGNOSIS, SYMPTOMS AND TREATMENT LUCET VAN DER VOET
Lucy Flora (Lucet) van der Voet werd geboren op 2 november 1972 in Renkum.
Zij behaalde haar VWO examen in 1991 aan het van Lingen College te Arnhem en startte hetzelfde jaar met de studie geneeskunde aan de Rijksuniversiteit Utrecht. In 1998 behaalde zij haar artsexamen.
Zij was één jaar arts-assistent niet in opleiding gynaecologie en verloskunde in het Academisch Ziekenhuis Utrecht/Wilhelmina Kinderziekenhuis. In 1999 begon zij met de opleiding tot gynaecoloog in het Sint Elisabeth ziekenhuis (opleider dr. P. Reuwer) in Tilburg. Van 2000-2003 vervolgde zij haar opleiding in het Academisch Ziekenhuis Utrecht/Wilhelmina Kinderzieken- huis (opleiders prof. dr. G.H.A. Visser en prof. dr. P. Heintz) waarna zij haar opleiding in 2005 afrondde in het Sint Antonius Ziekenhuis in Nieuwegein (opleiders dr. J. Schagen van Leeuwen en dr. S. The). In Nieuwegein heeft ze na haar opleiding twee jaar als chef de clinique gewerkt. In die tijd is de basis voor dit proefschrift gelegd met de start van de SCAR studie. In 2008 is ze toegetreden tot de vakgroep Gynaecologie Verloskunde en Voortplan- ting van het Deventer Ziekenhuis alwaar ze het onderzoek voortzette.
In 2017 heeft ze voor haar onderzoek de Jozefprijs gewonnen, de weten- schapsprijs van het Deventer Ziekenhuis. Lucet is getrouwd met Jos Sinke en samen hebben zij drie kinderen, Ties, Jits en Coosje.
