WALL PRIMER SEALER
BESCHRIJVING
Een zeer ondoorzichtige, microporeuze met water verdunde muurprimersealer met weinig geur, die zich uitstekend hecht op de meeste afwerkingen. Wordt sterk aanbevolen voor gebruik onder afwerkingen op waterbasis van Little Greene voor binnen en buitentoepassingen. Geschikt voor de voorbereiding van nieuwe pleisteroppervlakken of brokkelige of gerepareerde oppervlakken, na een correcte voorbereiding.
EIGENSCHAPPEN
GOEDKEURINGEN EN NORMEN
Gefabriceerd onder de auspiciën van ISO 9001:2008 kwaliteit en ISO 14001:2004 milieubeheersystemen.
2004/42/EG EU-grenswaarde voor dit product (cat.A/hwb): 30 g/l (2010). Dit product bevat max. 6 g/l VOC.
Dit product is getest onder de regelgeving die vermeld is in het Franse besluit betreffende binnenluchtkwaliteit nr. 2011-321 – Arrete April 2011, en werd een A+
toegekend.
VOORBEREIDING VAN OPPERVLAK
Aanwezige verfafwerking: Verwijder alle loszittende en afbladderende verf. Ontvet met een gepaste detergentoplossing, zoals suikerzeep, en spoel daarna met water. Schuur grondig met een halfgrof schuurpapier, om een vlekkeloos hoofdoppervlak te verkrijgen, en vul de plaatsen waar de verf is verwijderd op. Corrigeer reparaties door het oppervlak te schuren en indien nodig primer aan te brengen op het blootliggende oppervlak. .
Nieuwe gepleisterde muren: Laat bij een pleisterbedekking het pleister minstens vier weken grondig drogen. Mogelijk moet de primerlaag worden verdund door 5 tot 15% (v/v) schoon water toe te voegen als het substraat overmatig poreus is. Begin uit te vegen met dezelfde aanbevolen verdunning als voor de primer, om de stroming en de verzegeling van het substraat te bevorderen.
Laat nieuwe, volledig gepleisterde muren minstens zes maanden grondig drogen alvorens ze te verven.
Dit product wordt niet aanbevolen voor het verven van kalk of andere natuurlijke pleisters.
Aanwezige met emulsieverf geverfde pleistermuren: Was de aanwezige verf lichtjes af om stof of oppervlakteslib te verwijderen, en breng een primerlaag aan.
Verdun het product door 5 tot 15% (v/v) schoon water toe te voegen als het substraat overmatig poreus is.
VERVEN
Grondig roeren vóór het gebruik. Niet aanbrengen op oppervlakken als de omgevingstemperatuur lager is dan 5°C of als het risico bestaat dat het regent tijdens het verven of het drogen. Royaal aanbrengen voor een goede stroming, maar lopers en zakkers vermijden.
Uitvegen: Gebruik een kwaliteitsborstel met synthetische haren die de juiste grootte heeft voor het desbetreffende project. Nieuwe borstels moeten worden geconditioneerd door ze te wassen in zuiver water en grondig te drogen met een schone, pluisvrije doek.
Dompel de borstel niet te ver onder in de verf, om te voorkomen dat de verf binnendringt in de beslagring. Vermijd druppels en spatten door niet teveel verf op de borstel te nemen. Breng de verf in gelijke streken aan, en breid het verfoppervlak alleen uit om een natte rand goed te kunnen onderhouden. Voor een resultaat van de hoogste kwaliteit dient u de laatste borstelstreken allemaal in dezelfde richting aan te brengen, en mag u nooit opnieuw verven over verf die al is beginnen drogen.
Door lichtjes te schuren tussen de lagen, worden alle stofdeeltjes en andere oppervlaktevervuiling verwijderd, zodat een vrijwel professionele afwerking wordt verkregen.

Verfroller: Gebruik een roller van een wolmengsel met een korte nap voor de beste resultaten op gladde oppervlakken. Vergroot indien nodig de naplengte voor gestructureerde oppervlakken, om een gelijkmatige en goede dekking te garanderen. Breng de laatste streken in dezelfde richting aan, en behoud steeds een natte rand. Laat u nooit verleiden om opnieuw te verven over verf die al aan het drogen is, omdat dit leidt tot zichtbare plooien en te dikke lagen.
Verspuitbare afwerking:
REINIGING
Verwijder overtollige verf en reinig al het materiaal onmiddellijk na het gebruik met schoon en warm zeepwater. Bewaar borstels of rollers nooit in water, omdat hierdoor de verfprestaties verslechteren.
BEWARING EN HOUDBAARHEID
Bewaar ongebruikte verf in een koele, droge, vorstvrije ruimte, buiten het bereik van direct zonlicht. Controleer of de deksels van de blikken na het gebruik stevig en correct zijn teruggeplaatst. Dit product blijft minimaal twee jaar stabiel als het niet wordt geopend en als het wordt bewaard onder de bovenvermelde omstandigheden.
VERWIJDERING EN RECYCLING
Verwijder resterende verf of verfafval via een erkende afvalverwerker. Lege metalen blikken kunnen worden gerecycled (verwijder de kunststof handgreep op blikken van 2,5 l).
GEZONDHEID EN VEILIGHEID
Lees vóór het gebruik altijd het etiket op het blik. Zorg voor een maximale ventilatie tijdens het verven en het drogen. Raadpleeg het veiligheidsinformatieblad voor meer details.
